We place qualified nurses in high-quality roles in hospitals and other healthcare delivery organizations.
We support nurses as they transition to the new culture so they are able to bring their best selves to work from the very beginning.

Our Approach
We collaborate with healthcare provider organizations to identify and prioritize open positions.
Our constant recruiting pipeline helps determine the time needed to fill the role. We guide the nurses through the immigration process, and once on-boarded, the nurse’s visa can be transferred to the hospital or stay with us, depending on need.
We support our nurses through the first year in their new home to manage challenges brought on by culture shock.
We are available to support the visa management process throughout the lifecycle of the relationship.
Our goal is that everyone involved has an optimal experience throughout the transition!

We are an international community of daring doers focused on helping two communities who desperately need each other – find each other. We currently have offices in the the Philippines, Mexico, and the USA, and recruit experienced nurses and top graduates from the Philippines and Mexico to come to work in the Middle East and Washington D.C. in the USA.
